2023 Bob Heinmiller Scholarship
The Bob Heinmiller Scholarship is an annual scholarship that grants $1,000 to a student in engineering or related fields, contingent upon their professional response to the yearly essay question.

Submission Requirements:
Please adhere to the following guidelines for your submission:
- Upload your submission in Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format.
- Your submission should be a minimum of 1,500 words and no more than 2,300 words.
- Ensure that you properly cite any sources or references used.
- Please note that plagiarized essays will be automatically disqualified.
- Additionally, essays generated by Chat-GPT will also be automatically disqualified.
Who Is Eligible?
This scholarship is available for students pursuing a professional certification, certificate, associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s in engineering, technology, or a related area of study.
What Is The Award Amount?
The scholarship amount is $1,000 and will be disbursed directly to the student. One student submission will be selected on Friday, November 10th, 2023.
When Is The Submission Deadline?
The deadline for all submissions will be 5:00 pm (EST) on Friday Nov 3rd, 2023
Essays submitted belong to the students:All submitted essays are the property of the student. We reserve the right to feature a quote from their work on our website, press release, and social media to showcase outstanding submissions. However, if a student requests their quote to be removed, we will promptly fulfill their request.
